Anyone can join the site mepd.net to view sections like build threads and detailed info on specific sandtroopers. To join MEPD as an enlisted officer you need a pack and weapon for approval. The next level would be SWAT which is where you would choose a specific sandtrooper to emulate eg. "Move Along" trooper, "Stop that Ship" trooper etc. At that level they're then looking for specific details that only apply to that sandtrooper, some of whom do not require a pack.

Yes but they won't sit flush. The left side will especially be a little wonky. The ears will cover most of that though.

Did you actually make holes with your dremel for the simulated screws or just shaved the screw heads flat and glued?

Slow and easy on the sides and ears. Don't follow the faint lines on ATA. Cut sparingly and may the force be with you. All other cut lines you've penciled look good.
