  1. Hey Sarah,

Welcome to the forums! I know a few of our members have done female stormtroopers so hopefully they will pop in and give you the guidance you need. :)

If you ever have the chance, please post of your weapons creations, i'm actually working on a new blaster for a custom Mandalorian so would be awesome to have some inspiration from your work.

  2. Welcome Sebastian! I feel you with the Death Trooper, that was one of my wish list because how slick they look. As Todd mentioned there are few people working on them but also check out the Spec Op Detachment for information on how to's and where to get your armor.

Also cant wait to see your partners Bo Katan!

Ahhh you should get one again haha! If you have a 3D printer I could send you the files I have for a movie style phase 2 clone helmet.

Wish I did, i really need to invest into a 3D printer. Its always been a SW bucket list costume to make 327th Star Corps clone.

  4. Welcome Jesse! Republic Commando, that's going to be awesome! As far as kits go I believe Walt Trooper Factory( on Facebook) makes commando kits as well or is in the progress on making those kits. Going to be looking forward to your progress!

  5. Hello and welcome!

If I remember correctly from the time i was researching for my TK, its mostly to do with the helmet. Hero had bubble lens, different ears and smaller frown, the helmets were also made from ABS vs HDPE for more cleaner close up shots and then later used for promotional materials.  Here's a cool photo of the difference in helmets.  (Hero style on the Left and Stunt on the Right)

You can always check out the FISD for a lot more information for these suits here. https://www.whitearmor.net/forum/

  6. Like most things in Star Wars, the side gears were from an "model engine kit" I believe, so production crew probably just had a bunch of these or cast them but they would have all been plastic and glued on. Yes, drilling speaker holes would be non-approvable but the plastic should be "thin" enough if you wanted to put a speaker in for the sound to come though.
