We are wanting to have our gathering in the private room at the Stone Brewing at Liberty Station. We have the troop at Liberty Station until around 1 PM. The plan is to allow enough time for people to change and get comfortable for fun get together after for those attending the event or those coming out afterwards. We have to set a food and beverage minimum. So we want to make sure we have sufficient interest to host the event to cover our costs.
