  1. MINE MINE MINE! But lets talk about ordering wool on Sunday. I"m going to drop the trigger on getting the red stuff for the long buttflaps.... errr.. skirt.
  2. update: I will be bringing the following to the meeting: Garrison Shirts Ladies of the Legion shirts (for the few that ordered) ISG Patches/Coins, Mission patch orders (IF they arrive on time -- they are supposed to on Friday). Old merch orders that were not yet picked up. A few extra whiskey tumblers that people have asked for... Praetorian armor for those who want to see this crazy mess that I've gotten myself into... O_O
  3. My schedule has been rearranged so I can go. I'll bring the garrison shirt orders with me, so if you ordered, be sure to attend to pickup!
  4. Put me down for 2, 1 for me, 1 for Stefan (tusken-to-be-August 2019)
  5. I wound up with a horrible migraine decided not to come down and sleep it off.
  6. Your eyes are more of a yellow green, vs yellow orange. And yes, trim just a little on sleeves/bottom. The leather extension on the bandolier needs to match the original. And get that bad boy dirty!
  7. I'll be there, baby girl has other plans and doesn't need mom! So, bringing merch-- retro stealth coins and stealth patches if anyone ordered them, plus the last few remaining things from older runs.
  8. Maybe...its Jordan's birthday, so I have to check with my boss girl.
  9. Batting helmet! look at the one of mine your borrowed, Todd built the base for me from the batting helmet and face shel. It works really well.
  10. You’re welcome Tom! Can’t wait to see your fabric. Theres lots of weathering methods. I use use a combination of spray paints. Primarily design master floral paints from michaels but also flat black and rusty primers. You up can also use acrylic paints and brush or spray them on. Todd and Wendy used shoe polish last time and some have used WD 40 (that’s particularly good for leather). Ive also use the speckle paints and applies them via direct spray, brushes or sponges, and have also used extremely strong dye solutions too, as an over dye/spray on to make it look more weathered. I was making Jawa rag dolls this weekend and weathering the robes with spray paints.
  11. Oh its simple really. He's taught me the theory, I just don't want to fry my fingers attempting it. Just like he doesn't want to needle punch his fingers while attempting to sew. Our secret to a long marriage, good division of labor
  12. Thanks Matt! I literally handed mine to Paul and said "you wire these". HA!
  13. YEP! I'm bringing all merch that I have waiting for people to pick up. Plus extra stuff for sale...
  14. Although not necessarily at the beach this time-- hahaha, we all had enough of that at the last photo
  15. I would love to have a group photo of all the garrison's Jawa's sometime in December, just for fun!
  16. for food/drink count, if anyone is tracking -- I have beer and soda left from the bash that I will bring-- I have drinks well covered

    Armor Party

    Its actually this coming Sunday:
  18. Giving this a big ol bump! We have a lot of people who started on this project this year -- we're three months from the end of 2018. Lets help you guys crank out those Jawas!! I'll be at most AP's through the end of the year, and can help folks there who need it.
  19. One of our regional directors in Australia posted this on the main forum. I thought I would share it here, as there is a lot of good info to be aware of. I know some of us have been caught up in this in the past, and have lost money to vendors that didn't communicate or deliver.
