thanks for that [mention=5]PunkRocketScience[/mention]! I think reprinting that area would be better than trying to take a dremel to it. I was definitely looking over the CRLs and that's when I noticed how off my helmet was (printed the helmet awhile ago, before I even considered trying for 501st) ...I found another 3d print file that seems to be more accurate...but at this point, maybe a resin helmet would be easier. Do you have a place you can recommend to get one? I'm just dreading the print times...gluing it all together and allllll the sanding and bondo again.

Anyone can join the site mepd.net to view sections like build threads and detailed info on specific sandtroopers. To join MEPD as an enlisted officer you need a pack and weapon for approval. The next level would be SWAT which is where you would choose a specific sandtrooper to emulate eg. "Move Along" trooper, "Stop that Ship" trooper etc. At that level they're then looking for specific details that only apply to that sandtrooper, some of whom do not require a pack.

Did you actually make holes with your dremel for the simulated screws or just shaved the screw heads flat and glued?

Slow and easy on the sides and ears. Don't follow the faint lines on ATA. Cut sparingly and may the force be with you. All other cut lines you've penciled look good.
