Just an update, I got my results back from submittal and I missed that the neck collar has to have vertical piping not horizontal like the Storm Troopers. So once I fix that I should be good to go.

Ok, lots of work done, I have taken everyone's advice and got a vacuumed formed top which looks so much better. I also downsized the arms and forearms. Still have weathering and some rubber connections to complete. I have not connected the abs to the chest yet. I'm going to rework with the suggestions I got to lower the chest. I did take Jeffs suggestion and connected the cod piece to the abs and use suspenders for the whole lot and that worked very well. I am also reprinting the biceps and shoulders to make them smaller. I have now got them to minimum size to fit.
