I can't pull up some of my older e-mails but his name on Facebook is Ken Tarleton

I would just get them from Elvis Trooper. They are not expensive and made well. I've seen other cylinders that were cast resin. Frankly, I think the machined aluminum can't be beat.

There are several people making them. Who did you reach out to? Did you post on the JRS?

Hi and welcome!
Thank you for finding us. Most of us are in recovery mode from SDCC, so I'm sure more people will chime in soon.
Make sure you update your profile with your name and what-not so we know more about you.

Welcome!
I second (third?) that you should go to the IOC Forum. If it's like any other forum you can usually post a photo of what you are thinking of buying and they can chime in on whether they think it would be approvable. It will save you from many "oops" purchases.

Yeah, I haven't been able to find any actual detailed pic references anywhere, and the bluray is a wash.
Looks like I'll be investing in another comm pad and some more Testor's colors.
Let me take a look in my box of "spare parts" I might have an unpainted MC Compad. I prefer my TargWorks one.

Snap Plates & E6000
in The Armory and Academy
Posted
I have been more than satisfied with E6000 for all of my straps and snaps. I've used the nylon strapping mesh as my snap "plates" for increased surface area for the E6000 to grab hold of. I even made a strap to pull the top of my ab plate to my kidney plate closer together (by big belly was pushing it out and it looked funny).
