Hello!  I'm not new to SW or costuming, but I am new to SW (proper) costuming.  I've got Qi'ra and Mara Jade in EARLY progress...always looking for peeps to work on costumes with!  (I have some but they're not SW dorks like I am...lol)

Hello and Welcome to a new world. We definitely have some very talented folks that can help. We host armor/build party's Evey month. Our Next one is near Mission Valley. We also have a Face Book page for new recruits. You can access it here https://m.facebook.com/groups/2347013798891383?view=permalink&id=2348461695413260

You can also request access to our form with our Armory area where we post all of our Armor/Build Parties.

  3. I'm everyone.A donation was given to pay for the Bowling event but we need to pay this person back for the generous help. So I need a headcount  For who will be bowling. I created a poll on Facebook for a head count but I know not everyone uses FB. So please comment if you are bowling and How many in your party. It is 20 dollars a person. So please let me know by end of today so I know if we can make the reservation. We need 20 people to pull it off. Thank you.

Good Afternoon everyone. So as I am trying to put this together it looks like we will have about 20 people joining us for Bowling. Could I please have you all confirm that you will be there and if you are bowling? I am trying to put together a package for us that will give us 3 lanes and will cost each person either $20 dollars or $25 dollars. This includes Shoes lanes and bottomless pizza the only difference is one is for 1.5 hrs and the other is for 2 hrs. Also I need a head count so I can let the venue know and we would need a deposit to hold the lanes and pay for the whole thing Thursday. So please let me know if this works for all of you if so. You can either bring the money with you to the Armor Party on Sunday or PayPal me at DS62027@outlook.com. If you have any questions please let me know thank you.

Good morning Troopers. Due to only a couple being able to pay ahead of time. We won't be doing the Group Party. I personally don't have the full amount to pay before Thursday. So I will be heading up early on Saturday so I can see if we can get at least a couple lanes for us for the evening. Those that sent PayPal you will be refunded. Sorry for any inconveniences.

    Thanks Shane

  8. Hi Sand Garrison!!! My name is Grant and I just got my shadow trooper kit and am looking to join the Sand Garrison of the 501st. I am very excited to start my build but also a bit nervous as I am trying to find videos and sources to help me build my first trooper costume, I was wondering if anyone had tips, tricks, or workshops to help accomplish this goal. Any and all information is awesome!
    Thank you!
    Hi Grant,

Thats awesome. Shadow Trooper is one of my favorite trooper. If you need help with it let me know and I will see if I can find you a sponsor. Please let me know.

  9. Paul and I met briefly yesterday.  We went over his kit (and Manda's).  The good news is the new Anovos kits do not have the belts pre-assembled, so we can save some aggravation on the glue.
I ended up pointing him towards Rob (who lives closer and his protege bailed).
    Awesome guys thank you.

  10. I live in the Clairemont so just up the hill from you. I am also in an apartment so I understand. My wife just got her Bridge Crew approved and we are working on others. I am also building a mando.
Well if you ever want to get together or need some hands on help, it can come in handy when doing sizing and final fitting. I am more than willing to meet up with you. I am only a few minutes from the Valley.
Hey brother if you wouldn't mind being his Sponsor. I will set James up with you and we can get the ball rolling after SDCC.
