    Hi Eli!  Welcome to ISG!  How's the suit build
    coming along?
    All done! I took the suggested critiques by Dean and fixed them, as well as replaced almost all of my velcro with snaps for easier suit up.

    My name is Eli and I'm a pending member with my FOTK. I've been to a couple Comic Cons suited up but am excited to join you guys at other events. After all, like many of you, I wanted to enter this hobby to bring joy to others.

     

    More about myself, I'm 26 years old and live in San Diego in University City. I work at Sony Entertainment as a Game Test Analyst with goals of one day working at Blizzard.

     

    I'll definitely be at the Last Jedi premier in full gear!

    No, I had been waiting to get paid so I could get some underarmor to wear beneath the suit. I haven't been in much of a hurry because I was waiting for my blaster to be delivered. Sent from my Nexus 6P using Tapatalk

    How tall are you? I just so happen to have an FOTK undersuit in size Large from stormtrooperundersuits that is too small for me.

    I have some pants, just need a long sleeve. But I am about 5'10".

    Did you get a tracking number? The mods might

    JJ completely stopped all contact when I asked for a tracking number. I believe he lied about shipping it. I current have the BBB going after him.

    Did you pay PayPal goods & services? They offer protection for 180 days.

    That's the sad part. I used PayPal's "send money" feature because at the time I was draining my account and couldn't afford the extra fees of using PayPal's services. And JJ said something like "you can ask around, lots of people will vouch for me." Which is funny because the more research I did about him, the more pissed off people I found.

    So I put down several hundred dollars to buy an F-11D blaster w/ stock from JJ over on the whitearmor forums, but the dude claimed he shipped it weeks ago, stopped replying completely, and the gun is nowhere to be found. Such a sketchy guy and would not recommend buying from him anymore. Comic Con is next month and I'd love to have a blaster rather than just go with the suit. Does anyone know of a seller that could deliver quickly or maybe one of you has one lying around that I can borrow for a day. I'm *thiiiiis* close to being in panicky/desperation mode. Thanks guys.

    Right on Eli!! My kit should be arriving soon so I'm no help. I saw in the whitearmor forums that you were having issues with the gaskets. Usable or nah?

    They're usable but not ideal. The armor covers most of the ugliness but I'm hoping it doesn't cause any issues as far as getting approved. I'm on the list for a replacement.

    I was waiting on JJ to finally finish making my blaster. After waiting a couple weeks for it we said screw it, and he's going to give me his personal one instead of waiting any longer. So hopefully it's all being shipped this weekend. Ill be posting pictures as soon as I'm able!

    Well if you guys know JJ from JJ Armory, I just bought his FO trooper suit. He parted with it to fund a costume he's doing for the Avengers. It was one of the Anaheim 75 suits from the Star Wars Celebration event. Just shot the funds over to him yesterday so I should have everything, including a F-11D rifle, in a few weeks!

    Right on! I saw that posted and didn't last long at all. He wanted a pretty penny a few months back. You could be the first FOTK in our garrison before Scott and myself.

    Awesome! I'm glad I won't be alone. Are any of you guys going to comic con?
