I got excited about the praetorian guards from E8.  Is anyone else wanting to do this?

YES!  Mando variant helmet and sword.  Just waiting on the CRL.  (Is it out yet?)

BTW, I'll be there.  Working on either some tusken parts, TK repair, or my kids biker.

More seasoned veterans please correct me on the process, but I believe a new CRL is driven by somebody, or a team of somebodies, researching the details and making a costume which is then used as the CRL model, working with the Legion membership officer. I'm guessing the Pretorian Guard costume would be in the Sovereign Protectors detachment same as the Royal Guards, so there might be some WIP / CRL development posted in those forums.

Sovereigns have this on their forum and they’re working on it. Also a Facebook group. So it’s in progress. They’re just looking for more details.

yes, if possible we wanted to bring along the backdrop for official photos.

Should be able to attend the meeting portion.

Is anyone that is attending decent with electronics? May try to get my voice system squared away and am in need of assistance with wiring transducers/exciters to a mono plug.

I'm fairly handy. I can bring my soldering gear and supplies if you'd like.
